FEES

• £65 per 1 hour session including any resources. 
• £250 per block of 4 sessions
• £30 for Align Coaching Programme documents and video tutorials. 
• £1200 for 3 months of coaching using my 4 pillars of health framework.   
• Walk & Talk Therapy fees same as above

Cancellation Policy - 24 hours notice required otherwise full session

It is important that we have a clear understanding of any boundaries and for you to understand how I work.  

Due to the amount of preparation involved in each session any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full fee.

Please be assured that all sessions are totally confidential.  Details will be provided at your first session.
